Information on personal data processing
The controller of personal data processed within the e-shop www.skaia.cz (“e-shop”) is SKAIA apparel s.r.o., Řemíčov 6, 391 43 Řemíčov, Company ID: 19416032, theskaiashop@gmail.com (“controller”).
The user of the e-shop whose personal data is processed has the following rights in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"):
- the right to request access to personal data and information listed in Article 15 of the GDPR;
- the right to rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability to another controller under the conditions and with the restrictions listed in Article 20 of the GDPR;
- the right to object to the controller's processing of their personal data.
The legal basis for the processing of user personal data is the performance of a contract and the legitimate interest of the controller. The controller processes personal data for the purposes of contract performance and direct marketing, to the extent of first name and surname, residential address or delivery and invoicing address if different from the residential address, identification number and tax identification number, email address and telephone number, with the provision of personal data being voluntary. For the proper functioning of the e-shop, cookie text files stored in the user's browser are also processed.
The controller processes personal data for the purpose of contract performance for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, for direct marketing purposes for 1 year from the acquisition of personal data, and in relation to cookies for the period necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the e-shop.
If the user believes that the controller or processor is processing their personal data in a way that violates the user's private and personal life or violates the law or GDPR, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, the user may ask the controller or processor for an explanation or demand that the controller or processor rectify the situation. If the user is dissatisfied with the processing of personal data, they may lodge a complaint with the controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
Cookies
The user acknowledges that the company SKAIA apparel s.r.o., Řemíčov 6, 391 43 Řemíčov, Company ID: 19416032, theskaiashop@gmail.com (“controller”) may process cookies, which are text files sent by websites and stored on the user's device (“cookies”), for the purpose of ensuring the basic functions of the e-shop and for marketing purposes, based on the legitimate interest of the controller. Any additional cookies beyond the legitimate interest of the controller may be processed if the user gives free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to their processing.
Consent to the processing of cookies can be given within the internet browser and its settings.
The cookie processing period varies by cookie type, with a maximum processing period of 2 years, and they may be made available to personal data processors.
The e-shop's web interface uses Google Analytics and Google Adwords, provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Information generated by the cookie about the use of the page (including the IP address) will be transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the e-shop's web interface and generating reports on its activity for the controller and for general internet usage. Google may also provide this information to third parties if required by law or if such third parties process this information for Google. Google will not associate the user's IP address with any other data it holds.
The e-shop's web interface uses the Facebook Pixel service provided by Facebook Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Facebook"). The collected cookie files are processed by Facebook in accordance with Facebook's privacy policy.
